Dr. Dolecki was born in St. Petersburg and raised on Florida's west coast and is thrilled to have settled in the Punta Gorda area. In his goal to provide exceptional care to his patients, he has travelled extensively in pursuit of advanced training across various dental specialties. He takes great joy in finding the best solutions for his patients, whether it is a simple or complex case, while providing most or all of their care right in his office. Dr. Dolecki takes pride in offering high-quality, compassionate care in a warm and welcoming environment. As dentistry is always changing, he continues to stay up to date with the latest techniques including 3-D printing, digital smile design and digital design of different restorations.
His wife Andreea, a former Pharmacist, has embraced his vision of providing comfortable and exceptional care. She will be joining him in the office, helping to create a true family office atmosphere. To add to the family, they are excited to be expecting their first baby in April!
In his spare time Dr. Dolecki loves spending quality time with his wife, Andreea, and dog Ozzy. Together they like to hike, fish and spend time on the water. He also helps to mentor younger dentists and with a strong commitment to public service, he volunteers as a general dentist in various organizations.
Dr. Paulson has been serving the Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte community for over 25 years. He’s earned the trust of thousands of patients by providing honest and quality care over the many years. He has since handed the torch over to Dr. Dolecki while continuing to work at a reduced schedule so he can enjoy some more free time after being so busy for years.
Pam has been an invaluable part of our practice since 1994. As our dedicated office manager, she's the trusted advisor our patients rely on to ensure their experience is always seamless and positive. When she's not here, Pam enjoys reading, serving as a Children's Leader at her church, and spending quality time with her beloved bunny, Saturn, and dog, Ernest.
Stephanie plays a vital role in ensuring every patient's visit is smooth and comfortable. She's a dedicated advocate, assisting with a wide range of tasks to enhance their experience. Having lived in the area for over 20 years, she's a familiar face to many. In her free time, Stephanie loves to read.
Since 1997, Karen has been a cornerstone of our practice, fostering a loyal following with her commitment to patient health. She brings a unique background to her role, having initially pursued art history at the University of Miami. In her personal life, Karen enjoys quality time with her poodle, doodle, and her husband of 53 years.
Rachel has been an invaluable asset to our practice since 1998, consistently enhancing patient well-being. She's passionate about creating a welcoming, judgment-free space for everyone. Mirroring the lifestyle of many of our patients, Rachel divides her time seasonally between Florida and the northern states.
Stacie has been a dedicated member of our team, serving our patients since 2010. A true local, she's originally from Port Charlotte and enjoys the area's many outdoor activities, including fishing and ATV riding.
Christine is passionate about helping our patients achieve and maintain healthy mouths, understanding the vital connection to overall well-being. When she's not at the practice, Christine loves to travel and spend quality time with her husband.
