The man accused of taking a patient’s dental crown off in a California dental clinic has been charged with stealing $9,600 worth of crowns, authorities said.
According to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, 36-year-old Robert Creswell allegedly entered the San Diego Union Dental Clinic on Sunday morning and stole $9.2,000 worth of dental crowns.
He then stole the same amount from another patient’s teeth in a separate incident on Monday, the office said.
Authorities said the suspect was last seen leaving the clinic on foot and has not been seen since.
He was also not carrying a California driver’s license.
