The NFL has added two more free agents to the 2016 free agency class: former Tennessee Titans cornerback Deiondre Ogunbowale and former New York Giants running back C.J. Spiller.
Ogunbowalk, a former fourth-round pick by Tennessee in 2014, will be an unrestricted free agent, a league source told NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport.
Oganbowale, a fifth-round selection by the Giants in 2014 and the No. 6 overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, will sign a contract with the 49ers, Rapoports reported.
O’Brien, a sixth-round choice by the Titans in 2015, will also be an unrestricted free agent.
The 6-foot-1, 202-pound Oganbowalk is the No .
5 overall pick of the Titans and the seventh overall pick by the 49er in the 2016 NFL Draft.
Oguin, a fourth-rounder by the Texans in 2016, will become an unrestricted player after signing a five-year, $47.5 million deal, Rapiport reported.
The 49ers and Texans are set to meet with Oganbalk and Oganay, who were both undrafted free agents in 2016.
O’Brien is the first running back to be added to the free agent market in 49ers history, per NFL Network Insider Ian Morningstar.
Oggin, the No 16 overall pick and a fifth round pick by Texans in 2014 in addition to the No 1 overall pick, signed a one-year deal with the Titans, Rapaport reported, adding that Oggin “was a huge part of our team in 2016.”
O’Gore, the sixth-rounder of the Ravens in 2015 and the fourth overall pick overall by the Chargers in 2016 in addition as the No 2 overall pick that year, signed with the Bills, Raport reported on NFL Network’s NFL Total Access.
The Dolphins and Chargers are set for a meeting in the coming days, Rapoort added.
